Welcome to the Paycosmo Support Guide. Below are solutions to common issues you may encounter while accessing your account.
Unable to Log In
If you’re having trouble logging in, here are some steps to troubleshoot the issue:
- Ensure your username and password are entered correctly. Check for typos or extra spaces.
- Verify your internet connection is stable.
- Clear your browser cache and cookies, then try again.
- If the login screen freezes, wait a few minutes and refresh the page.
Account Access Blocked
Your account may be temporarily or permanently blocked due to multiple incorrect login attempts:
- After 2 failed attempts, your account is restricted for 5 minutes. Wait and try again after the lockout period.
- After 3 failed attempts, your account is permanently blocked for security reasons.
- To unblock your account, contact us at helpdesk@paycosmo.com from your registered email address.
Password Recovery
If you’ve forgotten your password, follow these steps to recover your account:
- Send an email to recovery@paycosmo.com from your registered email address.
- You will receive a secure link with instructions to reset your password.
- For additional security, you’ll be required to submit a selfie verification as part of the recovery process.
- Important: If the email is not sent from your registered address, your request will be automatically deleted for security reasons.
